Avenida al Vedat penthouse
A renovation connecting indoors and outdoors through warm materials, considered lighting and a terrace designed for daytime and evening living.
Renovation and design
One renovation. A cohesive vision.
This penthouse renovation on Avenida al Vedat in Torrent focuses on a welcoming, practical home with a consistent identity. Natural tones, wood and black details connect the living room, kitchen and outdoor areas.
The living room feature wall integrates a television, fireplace and illuminated niches. Finishes and lighting add depth, while the kitchen island links everyday activities in an open living space.
Bedrooms and the guest bathroom continue the palette through textiles, finishes and lighting. The children’s room provides accessible storage and space to play; the study looks out onto the terrace.
The terrace extends the home with seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, planting and ambient lighting. Work-in-progress and finished photographs document preparation, execution and finishing.
Our renovation service brings planning, professional coordination and progress monitoring together through one point of contact. We guide choices of materials, lighting and furniture to create a coherent home suited to everyday life.
